Pre wedding shoot Liverpool

Pre wedding shoot Liverpool Priya & Manu

Priya & Manu asked me that they wanted a fun, natural and softer looking feel to their pre wedding shoot. We decided the location for the shoot to be based in Liverpool.

It was an early start to ensure we captured the best light and also to get away from the traffic of individuals. Manu was initially tentative to being directed during the shoot as it was unfamiliar territory.

I was using my trusty Nikon Sb-910 and natural light for lighting purposes. The advantages of the speed light is that it’s super compact and combined with the Phottix Odin trigger it never misses a shot.

The shoot was full of laughter and a relaxed atmosphere, as Manu slowly fell into the grove of things and actually started to enjoy the whole posing and directing. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather, which ensured I captured softer and natural images.

After the shoot we all decided to go for breakfast together as the shoot built up everyone’s appetite. It was an ideal opportunity to build relationships and also enjoy a delicious breakfast!

I received a beautiful message from the couple after the pre wedding shoot, which just shows that a shoot can be fun and full of luaghter:

Thank you so much. We actually had a great time. Looking forward to seeing the photos.

Pre wedding shoot Wollaton Hall

Pre wedding shoot Wollaton Hall | Ravina & Rishi

Pre wedding shoot Wollaton Hall

Ravina and Rishi chose to have their beautiful in city of Nottingham because they went to university in the same town.

Wollaton Hall is a majestic Elizabethan country house of the 1580s standing on small but prominent hill in Wollaton Park, Nottingham. The immaculately kept formal gardens provided an idyllic background for the shoot. Wollaton Hall also was Wayne Manor during the filming of The Dark Knight Rises.

The happy couple looked absolutely amazing in their outfits, especially Ravina, who wore a dazzling canary coloured dress. As we began the shoot I was hoping to come across the deer that roam freely in Wollaton Park and have done since the 14th century. As we entered deeper into the park I came across a deer grazing. Instinctively I ran to get my Profoto B2 setup and directed the couple into position. The intuitive Profoto design allows me to setup quickly, in a discrete manner, which helped to ensure the deer didn’t get startled. I successfully managed to capture an image of the couple and the deer.

The weather wasn’t the best but I persevered and managed to get some incredible shots displayed below during their pre wedding shoot.

The connection between Ravina & Rishi was electrifying, I loved  documenting their love between each other was a pleasure. I cannot wait to document their Indian wedding over the summer.

Pre wedding shoot Syon Park

Pre wedding shoot Syon Park

I was given the amazing opportunity to photograph at Syon Park & Syon House for Waqas and Nazish’s pre wedding photo shoot.

Syon Park & Syon House

Syon House is the spectacular London home of the Duke of Northumberland. The house contains a wealth of history and copious amounts of fine art pieces. The gardens are simply stunning and contain a picturesque lake. I must admit the beauty of the house and the surrounding location blew me away.

The day began with a tour of Syon House. The house is simply magnificent. Syon house showcase various stately rooms designed by Robert Adams. Each room is exquisite, beautifully decorated and well restored. I had endless opportunities to photograph within the house because of its grand nature and endless magestic flair.

I used my Profoto equipment, which consisted of Profoto B1, Profoto B2 and Profoto Octa Softbox. The equipment is very powerful and easy to use – definitely worth the investment.

Pre wedding shoot Blenheim Palace

Pre wedding Shoot Blenheim Palace

Blenhiem Palace

I was commissioned by Arun and Parveen to take the images for their pre wedding shoot, which they decided to hold at Blenheim Palace.

Blenheim Palace is a monumental country house, situated in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. The palace is home to the 12th Duke of Marlborough and his family. It is also the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. The Palace has numerous gilded state rooms and priceless collections set against striking stonework. An extensive park and formal gardens surround the Palace. The scenery is spectacular and the Grand Lake is remarkable.

We were driven around the 2000 acres of landscape and were privy to some extraordinary views during the shoot. We ended the shoot at Marlborough Maze, which provided us with some light entertainment whilst we attempted to find our way out the maze.

Arun and Parveen are such an amazing couple and were so delightful to work with. They braved the torrential downpour and never let it dampen their spirits throughout the shoot.

Muslim wedding photography

Muslim wedding photography Curradine Barns

Muslim wedding photography with finer details…

My services were recommended to my clients, Kayum & Kamrun through a mutual friend. They were planning their Muslim wedding, which was to be held at Curradine Barns in Worcestershire.

The charming 19th century barns have been restored to create a contemporary, atmospheric wedding venue. Curradine Barns is perfectly suited for both rustic and modern  wedding celebrations. Surrounded by picture perfect gardens, providing idyllic countryside views and picturesque settings – a photographers dream.

The wedding began with capturing Kamrun’s beautiful portraits in her rustic bridal room offering ample amount of character. I then went onto documenting Kayum’s portraits, oozing confidence and stature he looked the business!

The wedding was a close and intimate affair. The location was the perfect backdrop for me to create some signature fine art masterpieces, capturing the essence of the day and emotions evoked by all involved.

The intimate affair began with a Nikkah ceremony involving those who are close to the couple. A civil ceremony followed thereafter, held in the atmospheric and rustic barn – an ideal location to celebrate your wedding.

With ample amount of opportunities to create stunning artwork for the couple, I was able to craft a variety of images. The chemistry between Kamrun & Kayum is evident straight away when you first meet the couple – a mirror of happiness.

Delicious food rustled up by the in house catering team, ensuring the guests the best ever food they have tasted. a mixture of Indian and English food that fussed the best of both cultures. Guests were entertained till the early hours by a live band. A night full of happiness, laughter, and comical speeches.
